Medeama SC midfielder Richard Boadu has spoken high of Hearts of Oak defender Raddy Ovouka and believes the left-back could have walked straight into the Black Stars B squad if he was eligible to play for Ghana.
Ovouka, 21, was one of the most outstanding players for the Ghana Premier League title-winning Hearts of Oak side after scoring once in 29 appearances for the Phobians.
Boadu, who goes by his monikers Agadas, has been strongly linked with a move to Hearts after the Phobians officially notified Medeama of their interest in the midfielder.
In selecting his 2020/21 Ghana Premier League Team of the Season the midfielder selected the Congolese defender and went ahead to shower some nice words on him.
“He is a very good player with a lot of strength and physical presence. I believe if he is eligible to play for Ghana he play for Ghana he could have gone straight into the Black Stars B squad,” he told Bright Kankam Boadu on Kumasi-based Pure FM.
Boadu scored once in 22 appearances for Medeama in the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
