Striker Abednego Tetteh has been left in the cold at Hearts of Oak which has left him confused as to why he is not playing at the club.
Tetteh, 30, has barely featured for the 2000 African champions despite making huge promises on social media before the start of the season.
The former Al Hilal Omdurman forward widely became a social media yob as he sparked debate between players of Hearts’ arch-rivals Asante Kotoko and himself.
But, the striker has not gotten game time under Kosta Papic or Samuel Boadu and even before the arrival of the two coaches the striker rarely played during the spells of Samuel Nii Noi and Edward Odoom.
Tetteh has finally spoke out about why he is not playing at Hearts and reveals frustration with his lack of game time.
“It worries me when people ask me why I’m not playing, because I’m 100% fit and ready to play any game but I don’t know why I’m not Playing. I train and I do everything so maybe they know why,” he told Phobianews.com.
Tetteh, who has also featured in the Ghana Premier League for Bechem United, has made just 3 appearances for Hearts of Oak in the 2020/21 season.
