AshantiGold midfielder Seth Osei is hoping to earn a Black Stars call up from Ghana coach Charles Akonnor.
The 21-year-old was overlooked for Black Stars B call up by head coach Annor Walker.
However the ex-WAFA midfielder remains unperturbed by the snub and is hoping to receive a call up from Charles Akonnor.
“I was surprised [as to why I didn’t get invited to the Black Stars B] but Annor Walker knows what is best for the nation so maybe we have to accept what he brings out. Maybe its not time for me to go to the national team. Anything that happens I have to embrace it. Who knows I might get a call up from Black Stars A,” he told Enoch Worlanyo on Accra-based Asempa FM.
The midfielder bagged 6 goals and provided 6 assists in 16 games for AshantiGold.
