Ghana head coach Mercy Tagoe-Quarcoo has axed skipper Elizabeth Addo from her Black Queens final 23-player squad for the 2021 Aisha Buhari Cup, according to a report filed by Accra-based Happy FM.
Addo, 28, was named in the provisional 30-player squad published on the website of the Ghana Football Association a week ago.
But, per current reports by Happy FM the Sweden-based midfield maestro has been excluded from the final squad for the tournament in Nigeria with reasons not given by the Asylum Down-based media outlet.
Below are the players who have made the grades for the tournament.

The Black Queens have been drawn in Group B alongside the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon and South Africa’s Banyana Banyana.
