Match Commissioner for the CAF Champions League clash between Hearts of Oak and CI Kamsar Sekou Wieh Konneh has insisted Sunday’s clash must be played behind closed doors.
The Liberian made it known to the two clubs during the pre-match technical meeting which was held at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday.
Hearts of Oak earlier in the week announced ticket prices for the game and urged the teeming Rainbow followers to throng the Accra Sports Stadium before the 3 PM kick-off.
However, the Phobian officials who attended the pre-match technical meeting received the unwelcoming news.
Meanwhile, Sekou Wieh Konneh told both clubs should CAF communicate any decision to allow fans into the Accra Sports Stadium fans will be admitted.
Hearts must contact CAF through the Ghana FA General Secretary to establish whether supporters can be admitted to the Accra Sports Stadium or not.
Ghana FA Head of Protocol Activities Alex Asante was present at the meeting and could immediately communicate the latest decision to Prosper Harrison Addo for further communication with CAF.
